One-off exploratory session
7-session programme (a funny number you say? It includes an exploratory session at the beginning and then 6 weeks of focussed coaching)
On Zoom, or in-person.
In-person sessions can either be in a beautiful, light and airy therapy room in the centre of Taunton (Somerset, UK)
or as an outdoors ‘Walk and Talk’ session. These are becoming popular as people recognise the need for fresh air and movement.
They’re also great if you find Zoom or the therapy-room scenario a bit daunting.

Choosing a focus
Of course what we work on is up to you but I often find that is like starting with a blank canvas, or a blank page and asking someone to crack on with painting a masterpiece or writing a story! Its hard to make a start from nothing so it can be helpful, and interesting, to have a starting point to focus on.
What would your Future Self tell you if they could see you today?
I often ask myself this question because I think it cuts straight to the truth of what’s important.
It’s a great place to start if you want to make changes.
Will my Future Self say she wishes I’d been thinner? No way. She’d say she wishes I’d discovered that recipe for gluten free scones much earlier so I could eat more clotted cream because I love it.
She’d say I should’ve given up on running and found an exercise I loved doing instead.
She’d say she wishes I’d said “Yes!” much more often than I do.

Self Care
Do you feel like you have no time to yourself?
Do you spend all your time either working or trying to sleep?
Are you shrinking under the effort of juggling a young family?
I think it’s possible to insert snippets of self-care into the busiest of days and I can help you realise that too.

I would really like women to learn to feel ‘mostly OK’ about themselves and their bodies. I say ‘mostly OK’, and not ‘fantastic’, because the way we feel about ourselves, our bodies (and lots of other things in life!) can change from one week to the next. It’s also realistic and I’m all about being realistic. I’m also always working on being anti-perfectionist (see my blog post on perfectionism!)
It’s about talking to ourselves differently.
It’s about changing our focus from outside to inside.
It’s about being a great role model for the next generation of women, whether you have your own children or not.
A single exploratory session
1 hour
This can be helpful if you don’t know exactly what you want to work on but want more than the free 20 minute consultation.
It might be enough for some people to become ‘unstuck’ and trust their own judgement of their situation again.

So, if you don’t think you know yourself that well, then we’ll start with making that happen.
If you’re already there but you’ve forgotten how to listen in daily life, I’ll help you listen.
